Alma LED is an Italian law firm with 25 tax advisors in its Milan headquarters. The firm offers tax assistance to domestic and international companies related to direct and indirect taxes, corporate tax, transactional tax, tax planning, tax structuring, due diligence, real estate tax, tax compliance, transfer pricing and international tax. Managing partner Alfredo Fossati is a key individual at the firm.

During the research period, the company aided Henderson Park in the acquisition of real estate assets in Milan, providing tax due diligence and tax structuring of the transactions. The team also helped Clayton Dubilier & Rice acquire PwC's worldwide mobility services division.
