Tommaso Di Tanno, the firm's founding partner, leads a team of 11 partners.

Case studies show that the firm assisted Vodafone Italia in its Supreme Court dispute against the Italian Tax Authority. The dispute centred on the calculation of the tax owed for the release of the revaluation credit balance, which was discernible in its ‘net’ book value. The team also represented Enel in a significant dispute with the Revenue Agency (the Italian tax authority) over the correct valuation of a wind farm's cadastral income before the Supreme Court.

Partners Raffaele Villa and Luca Marraffa joined the firm from CBA Studio Legale e Tributario and EY during the research period. At the same time, partner Paolo Serva departed the firm.
