The firm assisted FCA Bank, the captive bank of the Stellantis group, in restructuring its German and Spanish subsidiaries. As a global advisor, the team advised the Consulting Automotive Aerospace Railway (CAAR) group to lease the business divisions of Turin-based CAAR and Bolzano-based STI to Star7, a provider of content and product information.
