The team also assisted Engineering Ingegneria Informatica, a company indirectly controlled by the private equity funds Bain Capital and NB Renaissance, with the tax aspects of the selling partners Tamburi Investment Partners, Stefano Achermann and Carlo Achermann, respectively CEO and Chairman of Be, in the purchase of 43.2% of Be Shaping the Future, a company listed on the Euronext Star Milan segment of the Italian Stock Exchange.
