The tax department at Bruchou Fernández Madero & Lombardi, which includes transfer pricing, is made up of four partners and 15 lawyers, headed by Matías Olivero Vila. Regarding the lawsuit against the city of Buenos Aires, the team can highlight that it is the first one in which this matter is being discussed in courts and the possible outcome will be important to other provinces of Argentina.
