Marlies de Ruiter will take over as the head of the tax treaty, transfer pricing and financial transactions division, a post formerly held by Mary Bennett, who moved to back to Baker & McKenzie's Washington, DC office.
De Ruiter, a Dutch national, will start the role on February 1 and has 15 years of experience in direct taxation and international tax issues in the Dutch Ministry of Finance.
