Kelly Pan, global head of transfer pricing, Lego GroupKelly has over 18 years’ experience of advising on transfer pricing (TP) matters both in industry and in practice. She has a global responsibility for end-to-end TP matters, including designing, implementing, and defending their TP policies. Prior to joining the LEGO Group, Kelly worked in ‘big four’ firms in the UK, Australia, and China, specialising in business supply chain tax planning and TP controversy management. Kelly holds a post-graduate degree in accounting from the University of Hong Kong.

Ritu Shaktawat, tax partner, Khaitan & CoKhaitan & Co is a full-service and top-tier law firm in India. Ritu is a chartered accountant and a lawyer with over 18 years in practice. She focuses on matters involving transaction tax advisory, structuring, negotiations and documentation of domestic, cross-border and global M&A deals having an Indian component. Ritu also advises on complex interpretational issues pertaining to bilateral tax treaties, income characterisation and permanent establishment aspects in third-party and intra-group business arrangements; India entry structures, taxation of EPC contracts, and domestic business restructurings.
