Leading transfer pricing professionals from industry including Caterpillar, Nissan Europe, The Dow Chemical Company, Hewlett-Packard, Dell, Alstom, Lexmark International and Brown-Forman, along with officials from the OECD and the IMF, have agreed to share their industry experiences of some of the most difficult and contentious issues in transfer pricing.

The speakers are involved in International Tax Review's upcoming Global Transfer Pricing Forum, which is being held, in association with Deloitte, at the Crowne Plaza in New York on September 18 and 19 this year.

The event will also feature keynote speeches by Pascal Saint-Amans, director of the Centre for Tax Policy and Administration at the OECD, discussing the transfer pricing aspects of the Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) project, and Michael Keen of the IMF, discussing the global policy issues the organisation is working on.

Covering topics such as supply chain restructuring, BRICS and other dynamic economies, financial services and the transfer pricing issues connected to the industry, BEPS, intangibles, disputes and APAs, the conference will focus on the most recent developments and discuss what problems taxpayers are facing and how they are coping with these issues.

This will be the 13th annual Global Transfer Pricing Forum, where International Tax Review typically hosts around 250 of the world's leading transfer pricing professionals, providing a perfect forum for problem solving and networking.
