Kin Capital and EIP merge

Kin Capital and Enterprise Investment Partners (EIP) will merge to enable them to offer clients tax-efficient products.

The new company will retain the name Kin Capital under the leadership of Christian Elmes and Richard Hoskins. It will aim to offer a one-stop shop for venture capital, private equity and property funds. A City Law Firm is overseeing the merger.
