BaseFirma appoints partners within its TP practice

The following country senior managers have been promoted to partners with BaseFirma:

Juan Carlos Becerril is partner of BaseFirma’s international transfer pricing group in Mexico City, Mexico. Becerril has produced transfer pricing studies and intangible valuations reports for multinational companies in numerous industries.

Susana De Jesús is partner of BaseFirma’s international transfer pricing group in Caracas, Venezuela. De Jesús has experience assisting multinational companies in Portugal and Venezuela.

Fernanda Vidal is partner of BaseFirma’s international transfer pricing group in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Vidal has experience assisting mainly multinational companies in the telecommunications industry in Latin America and Spain.

Fabian Alfonso is partner of BaseFirma’s international transfer pricing group in Miami, Florida. He has experience in the production and development of transfer pricing studies and economic analyses for multinational companies operating in various industries in the US, Latin America, Europe, and Asian pacific Countries.

Diana Mogollón is partner of BaseFirma’s international transfer pricing group in Bogota, Colombia. Mogollón has been in charge of the coordination and production of transfer pricing planning and implementation studies in Latin America, the US, Europe, and Asian Pacific countries.

Claudia Cabada is a partner of BaseFirma in charge of the Peruvian and Chilean transfer pricing practices. Cabada is widely experienced in industrial and market research analysis for diverse multinational companies.



These six partners will assist Ricardo Rosero (Managing Partner in Miami) and Bernardo Solano (Sr. Partner in Amsterdam), in positioning BaseFirma as the leading transfer pricing boutique firm in international markets.
