Quenedey leaves Dentons for King & Wood Mallesons SJ Berwin

Anne Quenedey (left) has joined King & Wood Mallesons SJ Berwin as a tax partner in Paris. She was previously with Dentons and before that was co-head of Bird & Bird’s international tax group.

One counsel and three associates are also moving with Quenedey to her new firm. The four advise large domestic and international groups on tax strategy, M&A and restructuring. They also assist clients with audits, litigation and rulings.

Quenedey’s industry expertise includes telecommunications, private equity and insurance. She advises family-owned groups on corporate and patrimonial aspects and has also worked on the OECD’s project relating to the transfer pricing of intangibles.
