  • Mayer Brown has appointed Jeffrey Davis as a partner in the tax transactions practice in its Washington, DC office. Davis' practice focuses on tax credit transactions. He has experience in structuring and negotiating transactions involving investments in projects that are eligible for certain tax credits and that generally are owned through partnerships and limited liability companies, and on the financing of tax credit-eligible renewable energy projects. He was formerly a partner at McKee Nelson.
