Haase returns to Roedl & Partner

Florian Haase is rejoining Rödl & Partner on May 1 as a partner and head of international tax for Hamburg and northern Germany. He was at the firm for three years up to 2011 before leaving to become head of DLA Piper’s German tax practice.

Haase will advise clients on tax structuring for international M&A transactions, restructuring, group and company reorganisations, private equity and real estate transactions and complex financing measures related to group tax planning and international tax.
