Penndorf returns to Ashurst

Heiko Penndorf is rejoining Ashurst as a partner in its Frankfurt office. He was formerly an associate of the firm before joining Mayer Brown, where he was a partner. An associate is also moving to Ashurst with him.

Penndorf’s tax practice covers M&A, finance real estate and capital markets. Some recent matters he has worked on include advising  Lone Star on various portfolio transactions; Volkswagen Financial Services on its first residual value securitisation and Soffin on establishing the first German 'bad bank.'
