Duane Morris & Selvam adds corporate practice director

Duane Morris & Selvam has announced the appointment of David Teo Shih Yee as a director in its constituent firm Selvam’s corporate practice group.

He joins from Allen & Gledhill in Singapore and specialises in tax advisory and structuring, applications for advance tax rulings, stamp duty remissions and tax due diligence. Teo also advises clients on the tax aspects of M&A, equity and debt capital-markets finance, Islamic finance (sukuks), fund management and employee equity-based remuneration schemes.

Duane Morris & Selvam is the first US-Singapore joint law venture that has been approved under the enhanced joint venture model.
