Piotr Augustyniak and Tomasz Hatylak open specialist firm in Poland

A new law firm, PATH Augustyniak, Hatylak & Partners has opened in Warsaw, Poland.

PATH was co-founded by tax specialists Piotr Augustyniak and Tomasz Hatylak and will provides legal and tax advice on wealth and asset management, maintaining relationships with banks, succession regulation and investment transactions, as well as managing family matters in Poland and abroad, including changes of tax residence.

Before the launch of PATH Augustyniak was a partner at K&L Gates. He specialises in international tax law and advises clients in tax planning, organisation of business structures, acquisition and divestitures of companies or representing parties in tax disputes.

Hatylak is an experienced tax attorney who specialises in developing complex investment opportunities for individuals, family businesses and corporations, as well as tax planning and financial services taxation.
