Andersen Global expands with new office in Cologne

Andersen Global has expanded its international presence by establishing a tax and legal division in Cologne.

Its tax group will provide a range of corporate and commercial services including M&A transactions, banking, financial regulatory services, real estate and dispute resolution. The firm will also offer individual as well corporate tax services in relation to cross-border transactional matters.

The department will be led by Stefan Kraus and Hermann Knott who are widely considered among the founding partners of Andersen Global in Germany. The pair will led a team of 10.

The Cologne office will be the first of the German branches to operate under the Andersen name. The firm also has offices in Dusseldorf and Merzig, which are expected to trade under Andersen Tax & Legal soon after.
