Morrison & Foerster adds partner to NY tax group

Domnick Bozzetti has joined Morrison & Foerster’s New York office, as a partner in the firm’s tax department.

Previously a partner at Dewey & LeBoeuf, Bozzetti has extensive experience advising clients on federal tax compensation and employee benefits issues in M&A, public offerings and IPOs, as well as divestitures and other transactions. Public companies have frequently sought his advice on executive compensation issues, such as disclosure issues in annual proxy statements and other filings.

Bozzetti has also designed, negotiated and implemented compensation plans and arrangements for senior-level executives.
