Noerr expands tax practice

Katrin Gänsler has joined Noerr's Frankfurt office as an associated partner after eight years at Allen & Overy.

The tax adviser and auditor advises international and real estate companies on complex transactions and projects. Her activities focus largely on group tax law, restructuring measures and the tax aspects of M&A, special land transfer and turnover tax projects.

Christian Becker-Pennrich, formerly of Commerzbank, also joined Noerr's tax, advisory & private clients practice group recently as an associated partner. And Lars Kutzner who specialises in the introduction of tax compliance management systems, joined the criminal tax law and white-collar criminal law practice.
