Global Tax Management appoints new head of tax

Raymond Wynman has been appointed as the new head of Global Tax Management’s international tax practice in Philadelphia.

Wynman advises US and foreign multinational companies facing an array of international tax planning and ASC 740 financial tax accounting reporting requirements to ensure compliance with global tax regulations and accounting standards.

Wynman has more than 20 years’ experience serving as a partner in EY’s international tax services practice.

He has also provided services such as foreign tax credit maximisation, overall foreign loss planning, post-foreign holding company structure maintenance, fair market value of apportioning interest expense, foreign earnings and profit studies and other international tax compliance topics.
