PwC adds partner to San Francisco office

Kevin Nishioka has joined PwC as a tax partner based in the firm’s San Francisco office.

Nishioka specialises in the real estate industry and has over 15 years experience with two big-four firms, providing tax compliance, planning, controversy and transaction assistance services to clients in the real estate sector, including residential, commercial, REITs, and public and private funds.

He has managed large multi-state tax compliance projects for investment funds, buy and sell-side due diligence projects for large portfolio acquisitions, and advised on acquisition and disposition of entities and property, UPREIT transactions, debt workouts, like-kind exchanges and REIT conversion transactions.
