In Chile, KPMG has a strong tax practice that has been steadily growing with presence in six cities including our national office in Santiago and regional offices in Viña del Mar, Concepcion, Antofagasta, Valdivia and Puerto Montt.

The firm's services include domestic and international tax advisory, tax disputes, corporate tax, labor tax, expatriate tax services, transfer pricing, capital market, tax planning and transactional tax services including tax due diligence work as well as acquisition structuring, review of financial models and assistance with negotiations.

Currently the team has more than 40 full time tax lawyers covering a wide range of tax specialties, and considering other more than 150 tax professionals, mainly tax accountants and economists.
