Biography
Luis Seguel has more than 23 years of experience providing advice on tax consulting and defense in tax litigation. His professional practice has been focused on tax defense both before the Internal Revenue Service (SII) and before Tax and Customs Courts (TTA) and Courts of Appeals and Supreme Court.
He is a professor of the Master in Tax Law taught by the Faculty of Law of the University of Chile and professor of the Master in Tax Litigation and Inspection taught by the Adolfo Ibáñez University. He is also an undergraduate professor at the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
