Founded in 2020, Misraji & Béjar specialises in business law and corporate tax, real estate, and transactional matters. The team has more than 10 years’ experience with assisting various clients across industries such as telecommunications, investments, real estate projects, financial services, retail, technology and more. Founding partner Camilo Bejar is the key figure leading the practice.

During the research period, the firm provided tax advice on a new project/product for Aki KB. The tax team is advising the tax structuring of this new business.
