During the research period, the firm advised AME – HIF with tax analysis and the execution of a cross-border reorganisation that was aimed to consolidate HIF’s projects in Chile, the United States and Australia, under a new parent company formed in the USA (HIF Global). Its legal counsel was focused on the identification in the drafting of documents and identification of the tax implications.
