Brazilian law firm Cascione, Pulino, Boulos & Santos (CPBS) has hired three transfer pricing specialists from Brazilian firm Felsberg Advogados.

Thiago Medaglia joins CPBS as a partner, Eric Visini as a senior associate and Camilla Sanchez as an associate.

The team of three previously coordinated transfer pricing and international taxation at Felsberg Advogados.

Thiago Medaglia will co-head CPBS’s tax practice with partners Luca Salvoni and Octávio Corrêa. Medaglia worked for Felsberg Advogados for 11 years and was responsible for its tax consultancy and administrative tax litigation practice in São Paulo. He has also worked for TozziniFreire and Deloitte.

He specialises in advising multinationals on doing business in Brazil and with Brazilian companies, providing expertise in transfer pricing, corporate restructuring and M&A.

Eric Visini has worked for Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados and Dias Carneiro Advogados, in addition to Felsberg Advogados.

Camilla Sanchez worked for Felsberg Advogados for two years before moving to CPBS.
