Medaglia worked for Felsberg Advogados for 11 years and was responsible for its tax consultancy and administrative tax litigation practice in São Paulo. He has also worked for TozziniFreire and Deloitte.

He specialises in advising multinationals on doing business in Brazil and with Brazilian companies, providing expertise in transfer pricing, corporate restructuring and M&A.

Eric Visini has worked for Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados and Dias Carneiro Advogados, in addition to Felsberg Advogados.
