SARS eyes TP revenue opportunity from foreign service provider PE

Despite South Africa’s weak economy, the mid-term budget did not introduce any tax hikes to solve the problem. But transfer pricing may be the government’s salvage as the tax authority has begun looking for taxable income from foreign service providers with potential permanent establishments (PE) in South Africa.
