PwC poaches from HMRC

PwC UK has recruited three highly regarded specialists from HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) to its tax and transfer pricing practice.

Ian Wood and Simon Davis have joined the tax and transfer pricing team on a consulting basis. Davis was assistant director in international tax at HMRC for over 25 years, advising on corporate taxation and most recently leading HMRC's litigation team. Wood is renowned for his expertise on inter-company pricing.

Anna Floyer-Lea joins the patent box and R&D team. She led the joint HM Treasury and HMRC team that designed the Patent Box and created the legislation.
