KPMG Singapore hires leading tax lawyer

KPMG in Singapore has announced that Leung Yew Kwong will join the firm as principal consultant, concentrating on tax dispute resolution and advisory work.

Yew Kwong is highly regarded for his vast experience, particularly when it comes to property-related issues.

Until March 2012, Yew Kwong worked at WongPartnership and previously worked at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (and its predecessor, the Inland Revenue Department) for 28 years from 1975 to 2004. During his time there, he held the posts of Chief Legal Officer and Chief Valuer concurrently.
