KPMG expands in US

Maja Arcyz has joined KPMG in the US, taking on the role of managing director in the firm’s International Corporate Services practice in New York.

She joins from Arnold and Porter, having worked in their New York office for nine years. She has previously served as a senior consultant at Deloitte and Touche, where she dealt with transfer pricing and other cross-border issues for clients.

Arcyz has advised clients on a range of domestic and international tax issues, covering the tax aspects of, among others: international acquisitions and divestitures; reorganisations; joint ventures; and intellectual property transfers.

In her new role she will split her time between assisting large multinationals and private equity funds.
