Dechert adds tax skills to German practice

Dechert has appointed a new national partner with tax experience to its financial services and investment management group in Munich.

Wolfgang Kissner’s capital markets, private funds, banking and structured finance experience includes advising German and international clients on the tax and regulatory aspects of deals. He also advises on the the implementation of tax optimised structures.

He formerly worked for investment banks in London and Paris. He is qualified as an attorney in Germany and a solicitor in England and Wales.
