Victoria Todd 100x90

Victoria Todd has become the new head of team at the Low Incomes Tax Reform Group at the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT), taking over from Robin Williamson.

Todd joined the reform group in 2005 as a welfare rights officer. Her work initially focused on the interactions between tax and benefits, before she became a technical officer in 2011 and a senior manager in 2015.

The group was founded 20 years ago by John Andrews as an initiative of the Chartered Institute of Taxation to bring together tax professionals and other experts to try and get the UK tax model and welfare system to work better for people on low-incomes .
