Arendt & Medernach adds four senior associates

Alexandra Cloute_arendt

Alexandra Clouté, Philipp Jost, Claire Schmitt, and Benjamin Tempelaere have been promoted to senior associate in the tax law practice at Arendt & Medernach in Luxembourg.

Clouté advises on the national and international tax aspects of private equity transactions and international real estate investments, as well as the structuring of regulated and unregulated investment funds.

Jost advises clients on international tax planning questions, cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions, corporate restructurings and tax controversies.

Schmitt specialises in VAT law. She advises clients on both national and international VAT aspects of financial and commercial transactions involving Soparfis, real estate companies, investment funds and financial institutions.

Tempelaere specialises in transfer pricing. He advises institutional clients and multinational companies on the pricing of all types of transactions and the valuation of intangible assets, with a particular focus on financial services and asset management.
