Mike Williams leaves international tax role

Mike Williams, the former director of international tax at the UK Treasury, has moved to a new role in the organisation. He has become head of personal tax and welfare reform within the budget, tax and welfare directorate. Mark Bowman, director of tax strategy and delivery in the same directorate will handle international tax now.
