Biography
From 2002 to 2006 Stian worked at Asker and Bærum taxation office. Since 2006 he has worked as a lawyer at PwC, and is now the leader of our Bergen office. He has specialized in particular in the areas of national and international corporate taxation, including general corporate law (restructuring, etc.).
Stian is also working with general corporate law, including property law and assistance in regard of acquisition and sale of companies. Stian has participated in several acquisitions, including business review (tax and legal due diligence), and preparation of agreements, negotiations,etc.
Stian holds a law degree from the University of Bergen and is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association.
