Lars H. Aasen is partner in PwC Tax and Legal Services. He has over 10 years of experience from the tax authorities and he has been in PwC since 2002 and partner since 2006. Lars works a lot with the FS-industry and especially related to their portfolio of investments. He is also responsible for PwC's tax assistance to the real estate industry, and has in recent years assisted by is number of larger real estate transactions, especially by acquisitions from foreign investors.
He also has a large portfolio of Norwegian company he assists, often together with our auditors. Lars is the head of the Tax, Reporting & Strategi practice in Norway. He also has a lot of contact with the Tax authorise in dispute cases. He is often chosen as a lecturer. Lars has long experience with the IT industry and knowledge of tax challenges for this industry. He also has significant knowledge of the Retail industry and has provides tax advice to several leading players.
