Espen is head of international VAT in PwC Norway. He is an advocate and holds a law degree from the University of Oslo and a business graduate from The Norwegian School of Management.
Espen has been working with Norwegian and international indirect tax queries since 2001. He has advised a number of multinational companies in specific transaction based VAT and cross boarder planning, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and cross border transactions. He has long-lasting experience with supply chain management, including indirect tax analysis, structuring and improvement of the supply chain to reduce the indirect tax costs and make the logistics more efficient from an indirect tax compliance perspective. Espen is a well-known lecturer and has 5 years experience working for the tax authorities before joining PwC
