Steinar is an international tax and M&A partner at PwC, with many years of experience with providing domestic and international corporate tax advice to large and listed Norwegian and multinational companies. His main expertise is tax structuring, Deals tax, transfer pricing and international and Norwegian tax and company law issues. He is advisor for several companies within retail, IT, shipping and offshore. He has also significant experience from business restructuring processes.
Steinar is the leader of Deals tax in PwC Norway. He holds a law degree from the University of Bergen and is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association. In addition he holds a Master of Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business administration in Bergen.
