Biography
Marit is partner in the Oslo VAT team. She is an advocate and her focus areas are M&A, SAF-T and public sector. She is also responsible for tax tech.
Marit has extensive experience in assisting corporations and private equity clients with VAT due diligence. She has worked on projects within a broad range of sectors. She has also assisted in large real-estate transactions and projects related to development of real-estate.
Marit is a recognized lecturer and she is regularly engaged by clients and the Norwegian VAT authorities to lecture in VAT related topics.
She is also a regular writer in the Norwegian tax blog. Marit is cand. Jur. from the University of Oslo in 2003.
