Eivind Faafeng Falck-Ytter

Eivind is tax partner and leader of the Transfer Pricing Services at PwC in Norway. He specializes in international corporate taxation and transfer pricing. He mainly provides advisory services to clients related to business restructurings, value chain transformation, IP and asset planning, pricing of related party transactions, transfer pricing reporting and documentation, and permanent establishments. Further, he is regularly engaged in controversy management and M&A work. Eivind holds a law degree from the University of Oslo and is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association. ITR awarded PwC Norway “Transfer pricing firm of the Year” 2019 and 2020.
