Hilde Thorstad

Hilde Thorstad has worked as tax advisor and advocate for large multinational companies since she finished law school in 1999. Hilde is head of our shipping and oil service tax practice and is an expert on international tax issues, foreign tax regimes, restructurings (domestic and cross border), EU/EEA tax and tonnage tax. She has significant experience in providing tax planning, structuring, acquisition, compliance, dispute resolution and transfer pricing services for Norwegian and multinational corporations within the finance, energy, oil service and shipping/offshore industry. Hilde has practical experience as hired-in Tax Director for a large Norwegian owned group.
