During the research period, the firm provided tax and legal guidance to EPAM Systems, a worldwide digital transformation services provider, on a planned intra-group restructuring and merging of two Polish companies. The team also provided tax guidance to a multinational home improvement supplies retailing company, OBI, about the company's status in the context of Polish withholding tax.
