Tax

The multinational law firm has experience assisting clients in all tax areas, whether contentious or non-contentious. The tax team led by three tax partners and litigators, combines a breadth of experience in tax dispute, more specifically in the pharmaceutical industry. With most of the work involving cross-border transactions, the tax practice has gained experience in various market sectors including luxury and cosmetic, insurance and biotechnology. In July 2022, the team gained a new partner in the form of Laurence Clot, who joined from Bird & Bird.

One of the case study presented describes the tax practice advising distribution group company ITM Group on the tax implications of their transactions in France, including setting up a billion-Euro renewable energy fund and the acquisition of a real estate portfolio.

Client feedback

'They are very proactive, strong technically, and knowledgeable about the workings of the system in France with a global outlook.'

'They have been efficient. The result was good on difficult matters.'

'clear, active, and knowledgeable.'
