The American multinational law firm has a broad tax legal advisory service with expertise in transactional tax and taxation in all financing instruments. The tax practice has a wealth of knowledge advising domestic and multinational enterprises, private equity firms and private clients. Some of the recent transactional tax work concerned public and private M&A, LBOs, corporate reorganisation, structured financing, IPOs etc. Similarly, the tax team is experienced in representing clients before the tax authority and the court of law. Tax partner Thomas Perrot leads the tax practice in Paris.  

In February 2023, the tax practice assisted French automobile company Renault on restructuring its 23-year-old partnership with Nissan, an international automobile manufacture, which involved the client transferring 28.4% of its shares of Nissan into a trust.
