The Tax group at Baker McKenzie in Warsaw is led by Sławomir Boruc and Katarzyna Kopczewska and consists of 12 experienced tax consultants, lawyers, and economists who provide comprehensive advice and service on national law and EU regulations. The team specialises in tax litigation and disputes, and it has extensive experience in transactional tax, cross-border restructuring, real estate, and individual taxation.

During the research period, the firm advised Google on the acquisition of The Warsaw HUB office complex, which is located in the Wola neighbourhood of Warsaw. Furthermore, the team advised Equinix, Inc., the world's premier digital infrastructure firm, with the tax structuring of a limited liability partnership joint venture with GIC, SINGAPORE'S sovereign wealth fund.
