The tax practice is recommended for its expertise and vast experience in advising on sophisticated cross-border transactional tax issues. The practice counsel on all tax compliance and controversy issues and specialises in high-tech and venture-capital taxation, investments, and group restructuring. Menachem Tulchinsky is the managing partner heading the tax practice comprising four partners.

Case study shows that the firm advised Shift4 Payments, an American payment processing company, on tax matters concerning its reverse triangular merger with Credorax Inc. The value of the deal was $575 million.

The Big Four accounting firm has one of the largest tax practices in Israel, offering full tax service including contentious and non-contentious tax advice. During the summer of 2022, the tax team grew with the addition of tax partners Sharon Litke Regev, Willy Elizarov, and Yair Zorea, which bring the total partner headcount to nine 

Case studies show the tax team advised an educational services company on transfer pricing matters concerning its operations in Israel and the US. The key aspects involved analysing and implementing a new intercompany pricing model to achieve better compliance between the two jurisdictions.

The Israeli law firm’s tax practice has in-depth experience in tax advisory and dispute resolution across industries such as Hi-Tech, real estate, finance, retail, insurance etc. However, the tax team lead by partners Eran Lampert and Tal Alon, is specialised in transactional tax matters
