Eldad Chamam

Eldad Chamam specialises in taxation and is one of several Herzog Fox & Neeman lawyers also qualified as CPAs.
Eldad works on all aspects of corporate tax, with particular emphasis on tax issues regarding mergers and acquisitions. His practice includes the taxation of capital markets and real estate.
He is an expert on government tax incentives, especially in relation to the Investment Centre under Israel’s Encouragement of Capital Investment Law.
Prior to joining Herzog Fox & Neeman, Eldad worked for the Israel Income Tax Authority, giving him insight into its procedures and philosophy.
