Biography
Amir Cooper is a Partner in Herzog’s tax group, a New York Bar-admitted lawyer and qualified CPA. Amir advises corporations and high net worth individuals on all Israeli tax mattes with an emphasis on international tax matters concerning cross border transactions.
Amir is consistently engaged by multinational groups and Israeli corporations and HNW individuals to advise on all stages of M&A transactions, tax audits and tax litigation.
