Yuval Navot

Dr. Yuval Navot is a partner in Herzog’s Tax Department and head of the firm’s Corporate Tax Group. With over 20 years of experience, he is a leading authority on corporate and international tax matters.
Yuval advises both corporate and individual clients on cross-border tax planning, and has served as lead tax counsel on many of Israel’s largest and most complex M&A transactions. His practice also includes representing clients in high-stakes tax audits, obtaining advance tax rulings, and handling tax litigation.
Yuval is consistently recognized as one of Israel’s top tax lawyers by leading legal directories, including Chambers Global, Legal 500, ITR World Tax, Lexology Index (formerly Who’s Who Legal), and the Client Choice Awards.
