Mike Chang is the leader of both the transfer pricing and indirect tax services of Deloitte Taiwan. He has been a cross-border tax adviser for more than 20 years. He provides integrated tax solutions and advises on a number of issues including direct tax, transfer pricing, VAT, and Customs to multinational companies and Taiwanese clients. He also provides VAT compliance services.

Mike's cross-border tax advisory service experience covers a wide variety of industries, such as media/internet, telecommunications, transportation, high-tech, luxury consumer products, cars and wines/beverages.

Under Mike's leadership, Deloitte Taiwan was named the 2010 Indirect Tax Firm of the Year by International Tax Review. For several years, Mike also has been named by ITR as a leading transfer pricing professional.

Mike wrote "How to Prepare EC Antidumping Investigation Questionnaire Response and Handle Verification" and "Guidelines for Foreign Enterprise's Investment in Taiwan" for Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs and has spoken at various seminars related to international tax planning, transfer pricing, and cross-border transaction taxes.
